Marketing Assistant

JR-Tech is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our internal Sales and Marketing department.  They may also assist other departments with administrative tasks. They’ll work in our office in Lake Elsinore. They may work directly with clients that walk in or over the phone. Therefore, they must have exceptional customer services skills and look and act professional. Here’s a closer look at what they’ll do:

  • Assemble marketing materials
  • Create and assist with marketing campaigns
  • Conduct QA surveys
  • Support marketing events
  • Scrub and call leads lists to confirm info
  • Deduplicate new leads
  • Organize reports into binders
  • Data entry
  • Maintain inventory supplies
  • Manage contract renewals
  • Receive and verify product
  • Stage outgoing product
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Deliver promotional products and gifts to clients
  • Answer phone calls
  • Enter bills into QuickBooks
  • Other general administrative tasks

About You:

  • 1 year of office, clerical, or administrative support experience
  • Marketing experience prefered, but not required
  • High School diploma / GED required
  • Technical savvy is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Typing 40+ wpm

About the Job:

  • 40 hours / week (flexible hours, alternative schedule, or partial work from home may be available)
  • $11.00 / hour
  • Competitive benefits package available after 90 days
